Being the daughter of a police officer, you'd think Bex would learn to steer clear of trouble. However, combining her aptitude for brute force - which she mostly inherited from her dad - with one hell of a short fuse has gotten her into a fair few problems. Turns out that in the sport of Tackle Toss, roundhouse kicking someone in the side of the head is considered a foul.
This hasn't stopped her from settling in with her pack, who she's been with ever since she and Vince got chatting in line at the local Burger Dictator. The others were initially a little less open to the idea of allowing her in, but were happier when she cooled off a little bit, and turned out to have a surprisingly motivating attitude if anything needed to get done. That, and whatever schoolyard problems they had suddenly stopped happening.

Niall didn't have the easiest time growing up. Partly due to having Restless Legs Syndrome, the resulting lack of sleep leaving him rather twitchy and scatterbrained, and partly due to his inherent spider-ness. Sure, he could grow his hair out to hide the second pair of eyes, but the extra limbs and scuttling across the ceiling were still......kinda creepy.
The only one who didn't try to avoid him was Kimmie, who seemed to find his quiet social awkwardness more cute than anything. Pretty soon he endeared himself to the rest of the pack, and has been slowly learning to come out of his shell, lending a hand whenever there's a class one of them needs help with. Although having the nickname 'Nine-legs' hasn't hurt either.

There are some people in the world who have to paint their smile on. Kimmie is not one of them, she wears her heart on her sleeve and there's very rarely a time when she can't brighten the mood of the pack. The story of how she and Vince became friends took quite some time to pin down, being as instantaneous as it was, but it's now agreed that they both turned up to a party wearing the same thing.
While her instincts definitely lie within flight rather than fight when faced with real-life danger, she adores playing games of almost any kind, along with adding to her vast and unfathomable array of gadgets. Besides, there's rarely a problem for her that can't be cured with a little retail therapy, where she usually ends up with something colourful, kooky and ultimately pointless.

Just because someone's laid-back doesn't mean they're lazy, and Vince is living proof. He doesn't do forward planning very much, if at all, but when he sinks his teeth into something, he wants it to be perfect. Never is this truer than dressing for social events, where he often needs the rest of the pack to rein him in.
Born deaf in one ear, he didn't fully take to his STOP until he started high school. Up until then, he learned to read faces and expressions to the point where he could easily play amateur psychologist with the pack. It can feel unnerving the first few times, but he's just the guy for them to open up to and get advice from. Very much the glue that holds the pack together, as much as the pack holds him together.
' story 'Partners' a read, and all of a sudden it was two days later. That's how good it is, go and read it if you haven't already. This lot are fan-characters of that world, and with any luck, I'll be putting together a story with them some time in the future. Curse my abysmal scheduling.
