depends on locality, theres a gap age range, between 16 and 18 teens can technicly consent with eachother so when she turns 16 chucky could nail her, likewise if she found someone that was 13-15...its a bit weird but thats how it works not in 'every' state of course some have stricter laws then others on it.

Oh she's most certainly old enough. There really isn't an age of consent in their society, as matters of one's body are considered their business and their business only. As long as their is no coercion, which is wrong no matter what age someone is.
Many airports will build multiple runways to accommodate varying wind if the geographic area allows it. If only one runway is built, it's usually built to the most common wind direction. In the case of Chucky's school, well, you see what they're dealing with.

runway-wise, this proves my point. there are many problems (including the land) with a "star based" airport. using the map in panel 2, the three directions facing the river are terrible. not only is there no place to dock the planes, but there isn't enough room to get the planes to reach takeoff speed

I've thought about that. I'm not sure I want to bring in such high profile copyrighted characters. The initial reason I stopped using it was because I'd planned to print this out and didn't wanna get sued.

Some day you really have to sit down and workout or at least put down somewhere so we *ME* can see what kind of world they live in, society, countries,customs and such. It's so fascinating to know that they came from a human world but something happened and they are the way they are. (then I should talk cause I've not done that for MY world. :) ) Anyway LOVE this especially for the interaction of the characters. Can't wait to see what they talk about. :)
