Here's Baiyo Flirewing with a somewhat updated design because I couldn't stop imagining her hair resembling that of a Native American chieftain, and since her home is heavily based on a Native American style village (kind of like the Rito tribe in Legend of Zelda: the Wind Waker), I found the update appropriate.
Baiyo's no stranger to the concept of having power. For a while I was afraid that with the new way I draw Tazyas (Starmaninjian birds), and their thin legs, she wouldn't look nearly as powerful as she did with more anthro legs. How DARE I underestimate Baiyo's immense power (Somehow, with her wide feet and thin ... leg stalks? she somehow looks even stronger).
Baiyo is quite important to the Legend of Starky story, as she's the powerhouse of Starky's team. In the future, she ends up bearing Petey's child and producing a half Tazya (bird), half amphian (sea lizard) named Flaraqua, who is a major character in the Starmaninja Galaxy series where she helps Stardra, Starky's daughter, save Ocealand. You'll be seeing Baiyo quite a lot in the story. Plus, she's the daughter of the elemental Master of Fire, Phoenix Flirewing, so you can always talk to her if you want to learn how to bathe in lava like it's a sauna!
Personality: This is where Baiyo's really interesting. She's part of a 5 way tie for the most dominatrix Starmaninjian in the universe (Tricera, Razia, Kiara/Solera, and ... there was someone else. Probably Bonnie?). This girl boasts her strength and power and doesn't hold back. Rightfully so as her defenses are very abysmal, but her attack power is almost unmatched (only Flora can break something as hard as one of Baiyo's kicks, and Baiyo is huge so her kicks will leave a dent...in the planet). She's extremely outgoing and tends to shriek a lot to boast her power. She's not even afraid of getting knocked out, and if she HAS to, she'll swim, but it's not likely she'll enjoy it.
Power: Baiyo is a power type full and through. Her leg strength is so incredible, her landing on this image would've caused a tremor that could be felt in the Dragon continent, which is to China as Flirewing Village is to Nevada, US. She also is very fast when it comes to flying, pretty flexible with her legs, and her body can spew flames so hot, you'd shelter in the SUN to cool off. (Okay, I'm exaggerating like the pokedex does, but she's about as hot as lava if she wants to be). Her biggest weakness is that she has almost no physical defense and especially magic defense (except her feet and wings). Her body has to be light because she's a Tazya and since her feet are so heavy, her body had to compensate to balance that out. So as such, she can't really take many hits, but knowing her, she probably already destroyed her opponent 5x over in one hit before they even knew she was initiating a battle. She's THAT aggressive in battle.

Fun facts:
-Baiyo is among the tallest, if not THE tallest female Starmaninjian scale wise (meaning if Tricera's head was the same size as Baiyo's, Baiyo would be about the same height or taller). To put it into perspective, if she were human, she'd be 9 feet tall. Most females would be 8 and most males would remain 6.
-I HATE drawing Bird wings....it's a pain to do consistently, but there's no easy way to draw them unless I want to sacrifice a LOT of quality.
-For those who are curious, because Baiyo loves to kick rocks and such all the time, she actually gets EXTREMELY turned on by people playing with her feet, though she's rather aggressive with them. Anyone who likes hard stomp/crush fetishes or really strongly textured soles as opposed to smooth ones (like we're talking sandpaper reptilian footjobs here <3), find Baiyo. (They also have a stronger scent than most Starmaninjian feet, but that's due to the heat causing her to sweat a lot, which is also why she looks quite shiny on her toes.)
