In most versions of the episode The Giant Bacteria during the farm scene, it cuts right from the closeup of the monster slurping up the cow's tail to Dr. Viper's shadow... and omits the part of the farmer backing up, and then being lifted by Viper's tail and fed to the monster. Yes, originally, Viper grabbed a guy and fed him to his monster.
This scene was restored to the episode in the recent Warner Archive DVD-R release of SWAT Kats. It isn't very graphic; the farmer getting gobbled up is shown in shadow, same as his cow; however I had to draw what happened offscreen (like I did with Fungusface and the guards from Katastrophe) so here it is.
