Just some concept doodles for the mc's of a story I've been bouncin' around in my head for a while. I'm gonna try to FINALLY do something with my ideas orz

The girl is Annabelle, a border collie, and she works to take care of a small animal farm near a village in a valley that her parents used to own before they passed away. She's kind hearted and optimistic and a little dense. She's well liked by the villagers.

Hikaru is an alien who mysteriously appears outside of town one night during a meteor shower. The villagers nicknamed him "star child" because he seemingly came from the stars. He's stubborn and headstrong, but has a soft spot for Annabelle. He can (barely) use magic, and often overestimates his own abilities, which usually gets him in trouble.
