Okay so a young girl crying in her underwear, that's already kinda messed up. But gotta say... this whole set up is weird.
It's a men and woman's restroom, no lock (maybe, maybe she just didn't lock it). It's in a public place, likely the school, surprised the lights aren't automatic but that's not important. The line "I felt guilty but I should have known something happened. I will not know until many days later." Wording should probably be different to sound more natural but I know your first language isn't English so no big deal there. I can't even speak a second language myself.
It's the fact he said he felt guilty. About what? I mean he saw her in her underwear but who cares, he saw her with her pants down before and they got over it. Besides they're siblings. He just found his sister crying, shouldn't his first instinct be to check what is wrong with the poor girl? I mean he finds out days later? He didn't tell his worthless father about this? It is simple to say that bad things happen to bad people, what's worse will be the kind of tortures and torments that the many of us fans of this fine tale are capable of. Not that I have the worst, but I can think of a slow torment of snapping bones slowly, plucking off pinky bones piece by piece while pinning the fool to the wall with a nail through the flesh of his left ear o.o
