It's Princess Kurda from the Redwall Book "Triss". She's been popping up on FA lately so I decided to do a quick sketch of her. She's cute, she's pretty, she's a bitch. She's also depicted as being left-pawed in one of the sketches in the book.

her stance is open to a right handed nukiuchi, or a couple of other options, but yeah :)

its a draw and cut technique with a katana - from the open position of her blade she has very limited options to block or avoid it.

If I recall right, she wasn't terribly good at swordfighting since she had no real sparring partners, just slaves who couldn't defend themselves and vegetables. When she finally ran across someone who had a sword of their own and knew how to use it, she simple ran away.

As she was a British-oriented ferret, I'd think she was safe from katanas anyway. :p I will admit that she's still saying, "Hi! Stab me!" to anyone wielding a European bladed weapon. :p
