Hmmm lets see

Damp book
Crick in neck and right jaw will hirt for all of the next day
right Sholder will be stiff and painfull for the next 2 days
Left sholder will feel pulled and left elbow to entier paw will be numb slowly running to pins and needils for the first few hrs of waking up

Back is gona be a killer for the whole of the next day primarly in the lubar region
and he's gona walk funny for half the next day as he's hyper extending some ligiments in his feet relating to his tows and his akilese tenden the balls of his feet arent going to feel nice eather :)

in short i've done this before :p

I agree with mostt of your diagnosis, but must disagree with the "... he's gona walk funny for half the next day as he's hyper extending some ligiments in his feet relating to his tows and his akilese tenden the balls of his feet arent going to feel nice eather" portion. Pretty sure they are supposed to be semi-digitigrade, and thus the foot position is more normal.

Again, such awesome work. And I'm glad to see my dice set, albeit discarded, there in the lower left-hand corner.
