scanning watercolour is usually a terrible :v

Seriously, scanners are evil without some kind of overscan (48-bit color or interpolation while downsizing) & pallet conversion (color correction).  They have a very unusual light spectrum in their bulbs.

It could be worse though - you could be like Van Gogh likely was.  Imagine hand-mixing earth tones multiple times with 2-color vision.  Hey, they had the same greylevel across the Red-Green channel!  XD  Wonder what effect character design references with pallets have.

oh man I don't know if I'd be able to deal with that!  O: I did see something about pictures edited to look like different colour vision, it was pretty interesting!

Oh, & the 2-line (typical) camera in them can see UV & IR.  Really should use colored transparencies or replace the bulb with light-emitting diodes?  :/
