Looks like this Otter Pirate is in a good mood. Maybe he and his crew looted a substantial hoard of gold from the Imperial Navy and maybe even made a mockery out of them while at it. Who knows? Either way to this pirate, there's nothing like reclining on his hammock with big mug of ail to wrap of a day of being a pesky thorn in the Imperial Navy's side.
