Character Description
Surtr is a shifter from an alternate dimension where things are not as lively as most planes of existence. He mostly takes the form of a medium built reptile, mostly of the crocodile variety. His clothing often consists of black fabric of his own design. Often being similar to early European styles.
Personality
Very talkative and mostly cynical. Very hard to upset. Personification of the word "sanguine", can be over joyous at points and violent at other times.

Like: meat, fluffy things, warmth, cool water, accessories.
Dislikes: Cold things, rude people, responsibilites.
Background/History
His background is very limited, the creatures of his dimension come to creation spontaneously, often randomly. After that their destiny and limits are created from their own will.

World/Setting
A plane of existence where it is often empty, resembling a wasteland. The terra cold and grey with the only objects resembling foliage being dark hued and seemingly lifeless. The sky is empty, no sun, no moon, no clouds, only grey. Other creatures live in this area, mostly shifters whose forms are limited to either bipedal or quadripedal beasts. There are no sea or air creatures.
Body
Mostly covered in red dust colored scales, his belly scales are of a slightly lighter hue. He has four fingers and five toes, each tipped with ebony claws. His tail is the length of his body and quite thick. His eyes are a dull gold with the traditional crocodilian slit.
Clothing
Black or dull clothing, usually unkempt and tattered.
Accessories
Random assortments of bones, fangs, or leather bindings.
