This is an old picture I did way back then. (I actually made a different version recently)

A pic of Isri with a full tummy.

And we actually get an inside look! hur
Isri is a pretty hungry dragon sometimes, being cursed
with a hunger spell doesn't help much. So he made
a small temporary solution to the problem by eating
large portions of meals or just swallow something live
and whole down.

The character in Isri's belly is not specific at all. It's
just a random blank character. didn't really think
of any specific color for it so i just used what was
in reach.
