They look good. Good job with the billowing cape look for Carl. Nice pauldron for his shoulder too. I mostly wanted to say Pauldron, I don't get to often :)

I assume they're flying by the lack of ground under Kiefer. I think Kiefer's scarf might blow in the breeze like Carl's cape, though.
