I rarely work on heavy/large steel without gloves. I didn't think to add gloves when I commissioned Harumi. I'll try to remember them on my next commission. More important is the lack of a leather apron. One hard wack on white hot steel and you have molten metal flying in a 360 degree circle. Really exciting sometimes. But hey, I'm Tigersmith....I don't sweat the small stuff...Bwa Haa Haa.
