Alright, so I finally got around to drawing more pony stuff. People seemed to like art of this nature, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to make more of it.

Essentially what happens here is the person inside the stuffed pony gradually has their thought process altered to match the character they're inside of. Occasionally appearance changes a bit - a matching cutie mark forming or hair color altering being the most common. Obviously these aren't life-sized, they're much bigger.
