Keiga the Tide Star. One of the few blue dragons in Magic the Gathering.

And contrary to what you might think of her normal appearance, it is canon that Keiga is actually female while the other four dragon kami in Kamigawa are males. Unfortunately she was killed by the Ogre Mage, Hidetsugu(one of the most badass characters in the series to date).

I decided to depict Keiga as calm and somewhat reasonable rather than outright strong and powerful like other dragons might be. And sine she's got a Lung dragon design I reveled in the fact that she has no wings. This makes drawing her "Affinity" pic so much easier.
