holly hell this is painful to get sorted out but i figure I'd post this here for anybody who wants to make a game.  this tile-set works with RPG Maker XP and i have it in PSD format for anybody who wants it.  just PM me.

under the "art" section you will see some empty frames, those are reserved for my top 12 fav artists and people who have donated the art it takes for me to get the game off the ground.  Thank You if it wasn't for that this game would have been grounded long ago

as it turns out all this work was for nothing.  i decided that the navmesh and making maps for literally hundreds of buildings was far to time consuming and labor intensive.  as a result i took a page from Vindictus and made a "static U.I.

ya, i know, the format that RPG maker needs for it's tile sets is 256 by xx,xxx.  figured is somebody else wants to use the software they can use this template, modify it if/as needed and then all they have to deal with is the overlay and the navmeshing (which on a tile set this massive takes HOURS)
