THIS. IS. GLORIOUS. And for even MORE glorious-ness, DOWNLOAD that sucker for FULL SCREEN VECTOR AWESOMENESS!

So you have just Typhlosion. Catch Lugia. (You definitely have the balls to do it. Fifty of them, in fact!)
Almost all of the elements from the original game are in this Flash version that I made. Stats, formulas, paralyze immobility chance, etc. (No burn, though. That'd be annoying, not helpful.) Play as if it was the real thing!

After 4 rounds, you can use me under Pokemon to 'cast' Thunder Wave. Don't forget that.
And I mean .. I'm sure people would use Sleep or something else but ... paralysis was easier to make. Plus I'm an ELECTRIC wizard toucan-thingy. And Typhlosion only. So. Yeah.

HAVE FUN! :D

If you're using CHROME, the loading screen might show "INFINTY". Just ignore it ... it should still load!

Fuck you Lugia! That's the last time I use Ultra Balls on that beast. You can die for all I care. *hmphs*
Really good work by the way. I enjoyed it, even if I did kill Lugia in the process for it never to be seen again.

Lugia uses recover far too well.. usually moves are chosen at the beginning of the turn
He chose em when he made his move as a responce.

All i can say is.. I used Heavy balls

YES! I caught it!
Serule, what was your strategy when you had this fight?
I used Sunny Day, then used Flame Wheel and Flamethrower.
Lugia only used Aeroblast once and Gust all the other times.

I spammed Double Team for a few turns. Then I Sunny Day'd it and used Flamethrower or just healed until its veil wore off, then ZAP went Thunder Wave. After that just Flamethrower/Flame Wheel until red and lob Pokeballs until victory.

And ... damn it, random number generator! For some people, Lugia likes to spam Recover - but for you it seemed Lugia liked Gust. xD

It was pretty awesome and just the thing for nostalgia. :D

It only took me two ultra balls to actually catch him and he never once used Restore. :O

THAT PLAY THRU WAS DEFINITELY JUST DUMB LUCK AT IT'S FINEST hit ultra ball in stead of restore and caught him at full health thats probably not happening again EVER good game thuo nailed all the details down to the letter

Ahh alot of fun
but oh god i can not catch lugia for the life of me! D:
I either kill it or get it down to like 1 hp and it still pops out of the ball

And yeah ... the RNG can be pretty mean sometimes, sorry to hear that. But - assuming I did most of the programming right - you can blame the original game developers for the formulas used to calculate catch chance. xD
