Hmm.. well, the latter is possible online, but typically they'll have you pay via pre-order and then you have to wait 'till they're all out if you don't want to pay shipping costs multiple times. I can't actually read the issue yet, as I haven't got the first yet. I think I'll wait 'till issue three is available and ship #1 and #3 my way. (Complicated matters, these, aren't they?)

yeah I've seen them online but I can't tell if its the same issue with different cover or what, I'm not that worried about the shipping its just I'd rather get one of each issue thats out first then work on getting the other covers.

no clue. I hardly get out. 12 hours of my days are spent working, 6 checking out pony and the other sleeping. last comic shop i ever visited was in reno and that was back in the early 2000's I should probably try and google that and see if any pop up. seattle's a big spot and we have everfree here so if there are comic shops nearby i'm sure those guys would of talked the store owners into getting them for bronies in the area.

yeah I live in bremerton. (hour ferry from seattle) and according to google there's one 1/2 a mile up the road from my house and another 2 blocks from my night job. lol. and don't worry work doesn't stop my pony time. all 12 hours is spent listening to pony music, plus i always have 2 pony figurines with me a day. few of the bronies to chat with and if i get bored I got a few animations on my android.... yeah i think ponies has consumed my very soul if not my life

Amusingly, an import website is offering three of those sets for a total of 90E or something like that. A little extreme if you ask me! :D Anyway, you're sweet, but, I'm sure that it's still pretty expensive.
I wish they'd put the CMC in a set - that'd definitely be worth the money. Thankfully the next blind bag wave will have Soarin' and Spitfire in it, so I don't feel too bad about missing out on Surprise!

You'd better watch the new blindbags, though I wonder how long it'll take for them to emerge in the US; for some reason those later waves surface here first. I'll keep a look out!

ah ok lol I always thought surprise was someone's OC never knew she was a wonderbolt. and it wouldn't be a waste man so if ya want it later I'd be glad to send ya a set. as for comics lol I slept in late on my last 1/2 day off so didn't get a chance to go check out the shops. have saturday off so going to see about doing it then.

Well, it's an earlier generation pony. Basically Pinkie's ancestor! They don't have the copyright on that - American copyright being typically impermanent when not constantly maintained and all - so they went with Pinkie! But, that Wonderbolt shares Surprise's design, and on some early shots of that Cloudsdale set they specifically called her Surprise. Probably they caught word that that's a legal no-go and as such transformed that to a generic Wonderbolt designation (and in some cases they even call her Spitfire).
I'll consider your generosity, but.. gah, that's a lot of money. I'm all for giving 'n taking gifts, but that seems unreasonable! Thank you again, though. *Hugs.*
