I was handed this decorative piece of stationery today, while at work. They told us to do whatever we wanted with them, so I decided that a festive Gwen was just right.

Nice. You can change the hardness without changing the grip, though the lead has to be the same thickness. I completely forgot about mechanical pencils. Guess it's because my art teacher told me not to use them for drawing.

I confess that I would not have pictured Gwen as a Salvationist, (or any religion really. Had I had to guess, I'd have called her an agnostic.) Doing good work by soliciting donations does seem consistent with her concern with the suffering of people, however. And yes, she's cute... but I considered that a given.
