Found in a cryogenic chamber in the remains of a pre-extinction war underground lab by Carmel and co.
The Data Terminal found next to Jeeck suggests Jeeck was once a human with transgenderism which made Jeeck optimal for a certain type of Experimentation, the Data terminal also suggested Jeeck already had innate psychic abilities before experimentation.
Jeeck was a late subject for the evolution experiment, Jeecks experimentation involved the splicing of DNA of many unknown animals with the Evo virus, the same Virus that resulted in the evolution Animals after the Extinction war which lead to the extinction of the human race at the hands of their own nukes.
The Data Termainal suggested that Jeeck was give many different abilities due to experimentation two of which was a healing factor and cured ageing.
The rest of Jeeck's powers are unknown because of the rest of the abilities being listed as higher level classification need to access that information which Carmel did not have.
Jeeck does not remember their past fully but only parts but remembers the culture of humans which offers Carmel and co insight of the world pre extinction war.
