Character Description
His obsession with improving everything's performance by the use of Robotics led him to replace most his organs with bionic devices and use the spare space in his torso to keep stuff.
Personality
His need for order and rationally explaining all facts and processes in life borders obsessive-compulsive disorder. He is a self-worshipping megalomaniac with deep delusions of godliness, but still friendly and fun to hang out with.

Background/History
Much to his delight, short after Javalier acquired his PhD, he was brought to Polis Prima, an experimental scientific outpost South of Spain, along with his family. Finally free to undertake his ambitious projects, he created many devices and robotic systems that greatly improved the Polis' efficiency.

World/Setting
Dr Javalier lives in a mansion in Polis Prima, along with many other friends and colleagues.
Body
Broad-shouldered, tealish green fur, dark green hoof-fingers, white tusks, sliding panel on his torso. His eyes are fully robotic and detachable. His digestive system has been completely removed and replaced by two modules: an elastic removable stomach bag to hold what he eats, and a series of refillable nutrient input tubes directly connected onto a dispenser. His genitals were removed because they were deemed distracting and unnecessary.
Clothing
Clean, old-fashioned lab coat, customized to it doesn't block the access to his torso compartment.
