From the mage trappings both classic, nontraditional and punkish... to the accessories that speak of many eras both modern and not... to the excellent body language and composition, this is just all in all a fantastic picture on those merits alone. Then you factor in that Milkette's full, round melons are being hoist aloft by a tight, clingy yet separating top, and it's the cherry on top.
