Nah, truth be told there are any number of possibilities.  If he's doing a intro to computers course, which every school needs, the desktop in its current state makes perfect sense.  Or if he's role-playing and not looking at porn that might explain the skype looking program in the bottom corner.  And........I'm over thinking this.

And that folks is why i lock my door or atleast have computer facing away from door and providing cover for my body and preventing people from seeing what i am doing...
