An idea in my head for a while. I have a character I use in a One Piece rp, and her name is Monkey D. Mugen. But, during a battle she touched a special gem that once it touched water it teleported her to the TMNT realm. In which she grows fond of Raph, but he'd rather not get close to her. Oh, and I should mention that she ate the HyenaHyena Devil Fruit (in the rp I've been having).

So she decided to tag his shell. With her brother's mark. (she is also in his crew) I doubt that was the first time she tagged him.
