Right when I started the sketch for this pic, I had a major art block. Since the sketch was really awful as a result, I ended up free-handing a lot of the inking, which is not my normal method. Despite all the difficulties, I'm pretty happy with how it came out. I tried to add a lot of details, like the diaper design and background, to sort of make up for the lateness (TARDYYYYY) of the commission. Luckily, Hooligans is an awesome and patient guy and puts up with my shi- shenanigans.
Also, let me add Rarity's mane was the hardest thing BY FAR in any MLP pic I've done to date. I swear I spent at least an hour and a half just trying to make it look vaguely accurate, and to be honest I'm still not quite satisfied with it but it's the best I can do.
