Character Description
Serious to a fault unless the tie is off and it's "playtime", Skylor tries to run himself in a very regimented fashion. Compared to his sister, Josephine, he's the level-headed, calm, cool operator to her boisterous lifestyle. Taking many things in stride, he's approaches most problems and situations with almost an unconcerned mentality regardless of the significance.
Under the surface, however, is a thinking machine with a slight bit of a temper. He keeps the latter in check for the most part, but it does shine through in a few of his pet peeves.
Commonly in a pair of wire frame, oval shaped glasses, he's just as commonly found with a Camel in his fingers or lips and a glass of bourbon in the other hand.
Personality
He's generally a nice guy, but very "no nonsense". When he's saying something, he expects to be listened to, finding it incredibly rude when someone has to ask him to repeat himself. On the reverse, he's also an excellent listener, absorbing what's being told as if it's being engraved in stone.
Skylor isn't afraid of having a good time, however, treating others as much as he possibly can up to making the liquor flow.
Sexually, he seems incredibly reserved, if not rather prudish. This is, however, a rouse to maintain as professional an appearance as he can. In private he's much like, if not far more amorous than, his twin sister, Josephine Forscythe.

Background/History
Raised lower-middle class, he and his family never starved, but they wanted for a great many things. And when he wanted, he worked for them, building his own car at the age of 15 and working full-time to support his mother and sister after his father left.
He considered a career in law enforcement and trained himself most of his teenage life towards it. This was set by the wayside when, at the age of 25, he came into a sum of money as an inheritance. This money, he used, to purchase the bar and club his sister worked at, taking over and cleaning house of many unsavory elements the previous owners let run rampant.
At the newly rechristened Papa Ferret's Cage, he's usually found at the bar, having a drink, doing the books, and making sure his bouncers don't need an extra hand.

World/Setting
The world in which this character comes from is a modified, modern world setting, similar to the world in which we come from.
Certain elements are different, however, owing heavily to the fact that the middle or "Dark Ages" did not last nearly as long for them, putting them a century or so ahead of us technologically.
Religion, however, still does exist, but is not prevalent in day to day life, similar to certain European countries. Most furs hold the opinion that someone's religion is "their business and not mine", so it's very rarely brought up.
This century hasn't led to many "world shattering" advances, however. Most vehicles run on hydrogen power, nuclear energy is dominant in most first world countries as well as other renewable sources.
Space travel is advanced compared to our world, but to only the closest of systems. Life has been found, but nothing remarkably intelligent as of yet that is comparable to the inhabitants of Earth.
Body
Skylor is 6ft(183cm) and nearly 200lbs(91kg), not having liked the typical "lithe carpet shark" stereotype growing up. Between working out and messing with his cars all his life, he's kept himself a bit built and very fit.
His height is modifiable at times, depending on what he's doing, a couple of inches, thanks to long, strong ferret toes and digitigade legs.
Markings on this character make him look incredibly similar to a basic domestic sable ferret, except for the spread of the "gloves and socks" of black on his arms and legs respectively.
His main body color is a chocolate brown with a white to very light cream blaze on his chest in the shape of a "Y". His arms and legs are black, as mentioned, as is his pubic fur which he tends to leave in a "treasure trail" style. At roughly the collar bone lines, his fur changes to a tannish cream, coloring all of his head except for his mask and ears, which are the same chocolate brown as his body.
Atop all of this is long, straight, black hair. This mostly tied back with a series of ties, making an informal rope of hair, when he's dressed. When undressed, these ties come out to create a dark mane of hair.
Clothing
Typically, Skylor is found dressed very casually. Items include black jeans, a black tee with something smart ass or a classic rock band logo on it, tucked into his pants, and tied together with a nice, black leather belt.
He can be bothered, for work among other reasons, to dress with a bit more flair. Black slacks, matching long sleeved dress shirt, with a black or red vest over top. This vest, regardless of color, will have silver buttons as he finds gold very tacky looking. Sometimes he can be talked into wearing a tie, counter coordinating it with his vest if it's the focal point or the entire color scheme of his outfit. He favors black, red, and purple ties in that order.
Accessories
Silver, oval shaped, wire rim glasses, leather hair wrap for special occasions, a pewter pocket watch, ornately engraved, with a custom made titanium chain, pack of Camel cigarettes, plain, polished Zippo lighter.
