Okay, notable stuff...
The script in the background features the words delete_user.
I thought that molecule in the lower right was Caffeine, but it looks like there's a mistake. That R on the left doesn't match up; there should be another methyl (CH3) on that bond.
The Pleiades symbol, as used by Fuji Heavy Indusitries for the Subaru marque.
The Kilt is often considered a symbol of Scotland, even though its origins lie elsewhere.

I like how you did the plaid on the kilt, it really does look like folded cloth draped over a body. Getting the pattern to fit the curves clearly took some time to get right!

I'll hazard a guess that the wolf is happy because a) he just finished something, either a programming project or exams; b) with the help of a great deal of caffeine. Now he can c) get the (Subaru) car he wants.
