Character Description
Shaandraa was the friend of AaeRohn Causten since childhood, going in and out of contact over the years.
Once Rohn settled and helped develop Gante'Koh, the world's first fully functional and self-sufficient subterranean city, Shaandraa moved there and became his assistant at the city's central university, and his hobby, inventing.
Shaandraa wields the lone prototype of an arm-mounted energy weapon array, able to produce short energy beam bursts, able to cut through body armor, but not that effective against vehicles.
