Another Sonic character, named Noon Sainfoin. He's a pissy, hateful bitch. XD
I just wanted to draw him in an action-y pose...With epic shading. So it had to be at night after I did the epic shading. Then I swiped the windows and stuff in the background from Google and messed with the layer types until I was satisfied.
