This one was for Kalefnikov, the founder of the Dreamkeepers DA group.  It was a pile of fun making this illustration- I haven’t had a reason to draw a starship in quite a long time, probably not since high school.

And spaceships are cool- ESPECIALLY this one, considering it’s not a work of fiction:  The Lynx is a suborbital RLV (Reusable Launch Vehicle) under development by XCOR Aerospace.  http://www.xcor.com/about_us/index.html

And I am infinitely pleased that the Lynx closely resembles the starfighter from a ‘Choose Your Own Adventure!’ book in which I repeatedly died during grade school.  Clearly this is how spaceships are supposed to look-
