Been feeling kinda down lately. I'm not really making much progress in my life and I'm not really happy with where I currently am. True, I'm much better off than a lot of people right now but its difficult when it brings no joy. I think a large portion of it is because I've got nobody really to look too or depend of while I'm so far from home. Oh well, I can keep looking and hope if find somebody.
*hops on the couch next to you* Winter sucks; it's scientifically proven to make people feel drained and often depressed because the body slows down, you don't want to expend energy, but if you suffer from SADS, you feel lonely all the time. One thing I do every year is realize my body is slowing down and accept that part. I suggest taking a multivitamin also as the vitamin D in it may help with SADS, if you have it.
