This is a sheath that I made over thanksgiving for a cousin here it is mostly done. the edge is double stitched and a double whip stitch added for decoration. Each hole has the sinew passed through 4 times. My stitching horse had a strap break and the sewing made my hands hurt. Hand stitching takes time and a lot of patience.
All joinings have been cemented and riveted or hand stitched with natural sinew.
