Edit: Flats done, going to do shading next. I'm fairly happy with how this is turning out. =3 As simple as they may be, I made that fence and small barn back in the fog. Not sure why I thought it should be foggy, perhaps the weather doesn't matter as much if you have good company. =3 And Zonck provides wonderful company. <3

You know, I bet you could strike up a deal with several people. =3 All you gotta do is ask and people will be willing to work with ya. =3 Although all I've ever done is stuff for free, so I'm not sure what to suggest if you're looking for paid collabs.
But if you're still offering I'd like to get some pointers from multiple people. I'm not very good at drawing so I'd love some tips or 'best practices'. =3

Love the shading though, it gives the pic a nice "pop", like a 3D effect despite having distinct lineart (I realise now that I may have done the lines too thick @_@). And that grass is awesome, especially the parts flaring up at Kuji's elbow and Zonck's knee n_n
The fog looks really nice too, although combined with the broken fence and the bark in the background it does come off as a little bit creepy. Yet despite that, the cubs are as happy as can be playing together. XD
As for the lines, I tend to prefer coloured lines personally :3 They seem less 'harsh' than black lines.

Wuffamute helped me get started a while back, I've been sorta working on my own 'style' since then. I figured the grass would make the world feel a bit more tangible. =3 The fog was because I was thinking of a 'misty morning' or something. X3 What you said in the other pic about cubs being able to have fun regardless of the weather sorta stuck with me. =3 So yeah, good company makes all the difference. ^_^

XD I wish my ability to shade/texture wasn't as fickle as it is. I have phases where I just can't do it, and I'm not entirely sure why. XD;;
I can't see any of @Waffamute's submissions, as they're probably marked Mature, but he must be a wonderful teacher/colourist (is that a word? XD) for you to be as great as you are already, though part of it is more than likely just natural talent. It's great that you're experimenting and working on your own way of doing things, with practice your colouring will only improve, and you'll soon find the way that works best for you :3
It's also rather representative of real life :D There are times when the environment seems creepy because of mist, and some people might start associating that with slasher movies or a precursor for something horrible and scary suddenly happening, as some commentors (myself included) have pointed out, but children, especially when playing together, won't necessarily have those same apprehensions about foggy weather.
