There was a theme going on a few months ago for being a badass villain in the Batman series. Namely The Animated Series(Original) and Batman Beyond. Since Mr. Freeze was already taken, I've decided to go with The Clock King himself >:3
Come to think about it, I think having a Valor Victorian or Steampunk look would be great alternate to this form.
