Long story short, the reason why Rose is pink is because one day a Piplup and a Mew mated and gave birth to her. She's a friendly little Piplup that is currently single and would like to find a male Pokemon to love and care for. Her move set includes Water Gun, Quick Attack, Teleport, Draining Kiss, and Psychic. She's very jolly in nature, and she can also be kind of a show off at times. As I stated before, she is looking for a mate. So if you want to RP with me using her, feel free to send me a note.
