Sparky and Jesse each representing their sport. Jesse, as it is well known, is our amazing basketball player. Sparky...well he plays a little bit of soccer, but he mostly acts as a linesman for the game. And despite the differences, they can still be buds.
Besides, Sparky can play some basketball...he'd just get his tail whooped by Jesse is all. =3

He *hates* it when people say anything even slightly critical about art that's done as a gift for him, but...
