New character in Project SatSoD (Sonic and the Steel of Darkness)

Originally named as Cipher. And yes, he's the medic and repairman of the team. (AND yes, Tails is STILL here in this project).

Cipher [The Mender]

Modeled from a mobian squirrel, Chipper is a mechanical automaton who is specialize in healing and repairing. He is the 3rd party member of the team. He can heal you anytime and anywhere. He can also repair your things when needed. However, he cannot create, only reassemble from what he knows.

Chipper is a trained battle medic. He is equipped with a personality chip with superior artificial intelligence. His body only consists only of cogs and pistons that are powered by a customized steaming unit. He actually has a small mainframe, making him light-weight. He wore a coat that hides his interior structure. He even stores potions, chemicals, and other medical supplies in his storage unit, which is in the shape of a tail. He has two ears that acts as sirens and alarm bulbs. Chipper usually overheats, thus having 2 steam vents from each side of his head. His eyes neither move nor blink. However, he has a full control on rotating his head to shift his optic sensors.

Chipper usually enjoys with his friends being around. He doesn't like being mistreated or abused. Despite Amy's mischievous acts on him, he actually enjoys socializing with her. He dislikes overwork and overwhelming situations. He seems ok with Sonic, especially when he is the one who repairs his gauntlets and heals his wounds.

Few things, ironically, Chipper doesn't express joy, despite being called chipper. His creator doesn't seem to mind or care about him.
