Dawn was a Pussyfoot, until she left to explore the world and became the biggest Blue Rogue on the open seas and has a bounty of 4 billion credits alive or otherwise, but ultimately she has proven elusive and has proven her #4 spot in the CyberDyne 7 (originally was 5.) Being a Blue Rogue, she doesn't attack citizen vessels only attacking military and Black Pirate vessels which makes her a Robin Hood-esque figure.
Diane Collens is her off duty persona and a world famous adventurer (pirates often disguise themselves and their ships to pose a civilians to fool authorities and to fool marks as well). Diane talks like a normal person while Dawn speaks like a pirate being she is a ninja pirate hybrid.
