I would say I'd fall under Neutral Predator. To be sure.
Oh' Not to be all so nit-picky, but I feel where you have Submissive should probably be stated as Reluctant.
I feel these below may fit better under Submissive.
Submissive Pray: OK... Yes, you can eat me if you wish. Would it help if I curled up for you, or lay flat and still. What is your pleasure?
Submissive Neutral: I will eat and/or be eaten, if that is what I must. My body is to be used as you see fit. I will do my best to comply with what ever you choose.
Submissive Predator: I will eat at your discretion. Whoever, and how many is required. I will even force myself to bursting to fulfill what is expected of me.
