Blood of friends and broken bones. Leon has stepped over many lines in his never ending lifetime, but when he "Helps" Undynes closest loved one get over her "problems" and ends the life of the kindest soul in the underground after he votes for peace, Undyne finds a burning in her heart she has never known.
Filled with now with not only Determination, but anger and hate, she charges into the eyes of evil unblinking.
Her Anger and Hate controlled by only the help of her friends souls, now bound to her heart through her determination to never forget them and with an undying cause to avenge them, she wears the scarf of her fallen comrade and keeps the soul of her friends in her heart.
Leon himself delves into a ranging blood lust, endures a transformation himself. and becomes "Savage" like unto his name.
He becomes a mindless unstoppable beast with a thirst for death, blood and carnage.
Both are Strong.
Both are Unchained.
Both are Deadly.
Its the classic battle between two unstoppable forces, each with a reason to fight.
One wants to Stop the monster from killing anymore and avenging her friends.
The other simply wishes to kill everything.

I am thinking about 3 things. First i want to see this fight in mortal kombat mode! 2nd i'm just asking myself if your character can handle someone who can save and 3rd if the kindest soul is papyrus, someone will have a bad time !

Okay, explanation time. This is based on a Webcomic I have in the works where Leon takes the place of Frisk do to a freak chance. it basically asks the question, What if a Monster with a Human soul wanted to leave?" Because Leon is not from Undertale he is from another world all together he isn't like the monsters in Undertale who have monster souls. in other worlds Souls are only differentiated by good and evil.
Leon can NOT save. so if he dies he goes back to when he first enters the underground and meets Flowey. (big plot device)
He also will end up facing EVERYONE in the games, Undyne, Papy, Sans (thats gonna be fun to draw) and even Alphys (with Mattatons help) and I know you'll ask Gaster is an exception but it's for plot so no more then that.
The point of the comic will be "Can an evil soul REALLY leave? or must it be good?"
Cause think of it, Frisk never leaves the underground i the Gen/run. Chara just resets everything (or makes you do so.)
so Leon will have to find out how to leave, but the way might be not about learning how to leave, but forgetting how to leave.
that's all I can say.

IF Leon ever faced Frisk, it would be a bit like the Mettaton Neo vs Frisk animation from NCHProductions
Leon couldn't win until he lost. Frisk IS the only one who can win unless he loses.
Leon can only live or die.

The kindest soul I am referring to IS Papy, but also Alphys. It is a wombo combo that throws Undyne over the edge. Causing her to go from Undyne the Undying, to Undyne the Invincible.

Fun fact, I am more of a BB, SF, KI and MvsC kinda guy. MK isn't my game, but I can see your need to want this in that game.

OK so that is a huge program ! O_O Talking about chara, if i remember well he help in pr in "check" and well i doesn't have to say what he does in gr... but could he have an influence on your character. But if frisk not even here, i don't think we will see him.
Your art still make me want to see some fatalities...XD Now i am thinking about your character on the fire puzzle (with mettaton)

Chara actually DOES influence him, but I'm keeping that to myself.

when I do get around to Mettaton I will say this, it will be pretty funny.
