(I could easily do them 3 times a day, that wouldn't be an issue at all. It just I have slip too bad into laziness... That's why Leo's not happy because the reason why I don't do my exercises is my damn lazy ass. It's easier to sit on the couch and chat or draw than do exercises what I would need to do to get my feet muscles back in shape :'D)

(ah I see XD oh you lazy woman you lol haha perhaps you should motivate yourself, like find a photo of what you want your body to look like and look at it each time before and after you exercise and maybe measure yourself and set a goal, and measure yourself after every one or two weeks and mark where you have set your goal to see the result? If you can get out of the laziness lol)

(I am lazy :'D Way too lazy even that I feel so energetic and alive after my exercises. But so far my exercises are very small and mild like only stretching my feet muscles since I still can't stand or walk long before the bottom area of my feet starts to hurt like hell. My muscles there are too tight.)

(I am... And not proud of it :'D My muscles are so tight that physical therapist told me last year it takes 6 to 8 weeks, with daily exercises, to make them loose again so... Massage helps some for sure but I NEED to stretch my muscles, whole lower body and back since my muscles all around the body are way too tense and tight.)

(I know. If I would have treadmill I could watch TV while walking on it since walking too helps to stretch those muscles. But I don't have it (yet) :'D I have very easy stretch methods what I use and do and after first surgery, when I was able to do them, I noticed I could stand and walk longer without pain but now after second surgery I'm back at the beginning... I think it's because I honestly haven't walk or move since 2012-2013 new year when my job at the flower job ended. Even since I have been literally sitting on the floor and use only my right hand to draw... ^^; So when you don't use your muscles, they shrink / gets tight etc.)

(treadmill is something what I have been wanting for years and some sort of weight bench too so I could train my back and arm muscles :) I will become female Raph XD Walking that little wouldn't help :'D I mean when I stretch my feet, like 'locking my knees' with straight feet and bending down forward and placing my palms against the floor, I need to stay in that pose at least 4 minute to have good and enough stretching plus other stretching on top of that. I used to use 20-30 min 3 times a day when I started to stretch. I really should go back to it. Oh yes! Muscles starts to get weak after 2 weeks! Like if you are in damn good shape and lift weight but you then keep 2 weeks pause from lifting weight, you will notice your muscles have start to get weaker in those 2 weeks.)

(it is but it helps and if it doesn't I bend my knees just a bit to feel the tension in my muscles. Plus pressing your back against the side of the couch while being bend down like that helps me to bed down even more, increasing the stretching into a painful level, ahaha :'D Yeah. Train but let your body also relax. That's why some people go to gym like 3 times a week or once a week etc. What they have found suitable for them :) )
