You cannot simply flee that which is inside you. Cannot deny the strange and distant truths. One cannot say they are not angry or sad when they feel this way. It will not always be enough to tell ourselves to just grin and bear. In ourselves are many things great and powerful, our emotions the servants of our will. Through them are fractions of truth, and so we must seek in our servants the service of honesty.
Want to know something? I get so angry some days because I want to love. Passion and want, disappointment and aggravation. These things intermingle now and again because many of us want greatly. But you know, they have a path of giving way for greater things than themselves. Question the motives of your feelings, and you discover more of the things that make and break you.
I'm hoping you will give some shape to your hearts, whether the feelings in your eyes are good or bad. Hope is a triangle. Love, a diamond. Chain, our unity.
