Kept seeing those dutch angel dragons around....I thought they were cute as hell....Though the rules on those things kind scare me. I do art because I can flip off any rules (including the rules of nature and all that) and draw what I want. So Hati is an Angel Dragon. Not a Dutch Angel Dragon.
