Meet Priscilla, an old character who was lost for a while, not much about her other then that she's a ruby skin skull dragon, a race of lightly armored dragons from the British isles.

Priscilla here is from north London England and grew up middle class, she's a bit of a tough one too as her shirt is evidence of how she is, she can be explosive at times when she loses her temper and has socked others in the face before, she's 24 and lives 6 months out of the year in the US where she is a florist, yeah a flower shop making large bundles of flowers in New York, she also likes traveling as well, she also is hard to forget as she has a thick British accent and talks fast on occasion.

She's a normal person though, nothing tragic in her life really, just she is tempermental and tightly wound her friend Tori says she always has had a short fuse, Tori is the common green dragon next to her, her picture is still in the works, she also is a childhood friend and a nerd unlike Priscilla, but be warned, a good way to aggitate her is to make fun of her by calling her " Prissy" this annoys her and sometimes will set her off, her friend knows she has an anger problem but Tori was bullied through primary school and Priscilla would stick up for Tori and fellow students knew her as " Ruby Psycho" also " Priscilla the Psycho" but other then that she does have a heart to her and she's a child of the 2000s and likes American culture, she is a good dancer and can keep up with fast music, she also is a smart ass as well and has a sharp tongue :D

She like all dragons can breathe fire, but also can fist fight well as well as knowing how to use guns although she has never needed to shoot at anyone despite having weapons, after all she does live in NYC she parties as well sometimes like recently at her campus and made a scene break dancing!

She can be impulsive sometimes and it's gotten her into trouble before, the one time she chased a guy who called her a name and she just bolted at him, the guy was a human but he outran her which made him lucky as she's an overwieght 5' 7" dragon around 275 pounds, the guy was 6 foot easy and thin and got away after hopping a stair rail, vanishing into the city much to her annoyance, she doesn't like being called "mental " either.

Usually her friend Tori would hold her back due to her impulsive nature and her tendency to rage but she has gotten better at controlling her anger and isn't as scary as before, she actually is able to be cute too and dresses a bit younger then other girls her own age, she's more into anime and gaming because of Tori and has 2 consoles of her own, she has a white 2004 Toyota matrix, she also has relatives in Mexico oddly enough because of her mom marrying a second time a year after her birth after her husband left her, so in her younger years she would travel to Texas, specifically south Texas and spend time just on the other side of the border, but much of her childhood was spent in UK.

Well...hope everyone likes her, I don't remember when I did her art but I haven't forgotten her :)
