Oh, kobolds. Although, really... with the different types of kobold... is the term "kobold" not simply just a derogatory term for small, mischievous creatures? You know, just a blanket term, in the way goblin technically also includes hobgoblins and bugbears? And the way "demon" covers a broad variety of evil creatures?

its a species catagory. they were sentient, bipedal but not human. Ive always wondered if other sentients were on earth. humanoids who looked drasticly different. sadly if so than human is a very bad group.

Well, considering the amount of weird and very non-human creatures scattered throughout our ancient mythologies... it wouldn't really be surprising, considering how humans act towards each other, if humankind is the reason they are now just a myth.
