This is Mindy Healthy. She's a Doctor who lives in Domeratzu City and one of a group of three that I always pictured traveling together, but haven't drawn in forever. Now that I'm finally churning out updated drawings of older characters, It's good to be able to start checking things off the list.
Mindy Healthy is one of those kind of doctors you think about in those fantasies, where she has the cure in two huge sacs and you have to really work for it. Only in Starmaninja, that isn't a fantasy, but reality. She is a doctor and her ultimate goal is to heal all her patients to full health, but she also has to protect them too, so she carries a giant syringe filled with highly toxic acid and she loves to make it no secret that she'll use it with great pleasure if she has to. Definitely a naughty doctor, but hey, if you're feeling sick, you gotta do what you gotta do to feel better!
