The Cei-Rigotti was an early Italian self-loading rifle introduced in 1900. Developed by a major in the bersaglieri (Italian light infantry) named Amerigo Cei-Rigotti, the rifle reflect the experience of its inventor by being light, handy, and maneuverable.
