I just..want you to be happy. Isn't that what each of us desires? to be happy and discover passion? But you can't ever be that way with others dragging you through the dirt. You can't find all of it alone either. You need something soft, gentle, kind, and compassionate. That is what is at the center of all ourselves, we just do not always see it, nor do we act on it.

We can fool ourselves and chase specters of the expected, and the common. We can replicate and reproduce the actions of all those before us. We can be masters of mimicry; studious and observant of where others are and how to become like them, but we cannot mimic the pleasure or joy that they feel.

We can't...be afraid of what may be inside ourselves and just write it off as ugly and untouchable. We're not that simple, we're not that worthless. The hardest action we will ever produce in our lives is taking all our thoughts, the good and the bad, and laying them out as friends of our character, not enemies of our life. We've made it this far. We did not do that by being nothing, but by trying to be everything, and getting lost on the way. Don't stop just yet. You're worth so much more than giving up on.
