Ever since I picked myself up a sketchbook I have made it a goal to at least fill one page of it during each con I attend, and this piece was done (last minute due to the dealers area craziness) at this years Midwest Furfest. I am usually picky when it comes to selecting art or artists to work with, but I loved the display at the artists table and so I figured I would try and get a little something of her talented work while I had the chance. It is a very unique style, not something I would normally go for but I mean that in a respectful and genuine way. This reminds me very much of well drawn anime in the spirit of samurai jack style, which I find super cool. I just hope that isn't the face I make all the time when approaching artists and all, showing off my pearly fangs is fine but my silliness can sometimes get the best of me!
